Habit changes

 There are two habits of mine that I really want to change. The first is stay up until late  night. We all know that stay up untill late night has many negative effect for our health. It can give us some kind of diseases. So, I really wanted to changes this habit by starting to stop using phone at night, so I can sleep well. And the second is play game a lot. Game is consuming a lot of my time that I sometimes forget to do chores in my house and even my homework from collage. So, those are my two habit that I want to change.
